Melody Music Shop, LLC of Bloomington Indiana sold me a "brand new" Yamaha guitar for $1400. It arrived with a big gash. I notified them IMMEDIATELY and sent photos. I also sent photos of the hardshell case and shipping box that were NOT DAMAGED AT ALL during shipping. (the second photo is their ad which supposedly shows the exact same guitar)
........Instead of immediately offering me a brand new one (and the opportunity to send back the damaged one) they merely said they had to do a "full investigation" and offered NOTHING.
........At this point, I'm preparing to keep the guitar with the gash and get my satisfaction by posting on their FB page and sending them all these great "listen you stupid bastard" messages. Tomorrow I will add Google Reviews and Yelp Reviews with Photos and report them to the Bloomington Better Business Bureau.
