Where to begin, although the agent Jenni who met me was friendly. The quality of the infrastructure was extremely poor. The storage facility does not have adequate paving (big pot holes) that don't allow you to drive up closer to the storage units for unloading/loading. Driving over these big potholes could seriously damage your car and cost hundreds for body damage and alignment. Second, the facility doesn't have any lights installed on the premises at night. It is not secure and they still charge $85/month for a 5 x 5. The owner wanted me to sign a 3-month lease and wouldn't do a one month lease. That's just plain greedy (was told he owns a large landscaping business). Sorry, won't pay $255 for a 3 month lease under those kinds of decrepit conditions. Ended up finding a better and more secure place to store my things!
