This place is no good. They exist merely to extort as much funding from mindless college students as is possible. Their customer service is poor at best. They lean toward unethical business practices and bully wherever they can. I have had to call them multiple times for the same issues and the same individuals I speak to 24 hours prior claim they have no recollection of our last conversation or the issue at hand. Here is the complaint I recently filed with the Better Business Bureau as well as the Indiana State Attorney General. PS...on other sites, such as Yahoo, individuals working in the management office for the apartment complex are submitting positive reviews for the company.

Complaint filed July 20th.

I had a lease with this property management company from July 2011 through July 20, 2012. During this time I have had multiple problems with the company that routinely cost me extra money. 1. The company decided to repave the parking lot, requiring tenants to move their cars by a certain time the night prior to paving, and they provided a new location in which to park our cars. The lot was to be open by 5 or 6pm (I cannot recall exactly) to move cars. However, by 9pm that night, the lot was still not open, as such, it was time for my daughter and I to go to bed, thus I did not move my car. They towed my car and charged me $60 for this. I argued my case as this was their fault. In response they just added the $60 to my account without my authorization and without regard for their own faults in this case.2. I failed to get electricity turned on in my name because for some reason I thought it was included in the rent (this is my fault). Once I was notified of the situation, I immediately handled it with Duke Electricity as well as the VAMP office. VAMP informed me they would not charge me $200 for "receiving my electric bill". They decided to charge me anyway and said they would not bend on this.3. In May, I turned the apartment back over to the leasing office and they signed off. My apartment was vacant at this time and in outstanding condition. I am responsible for my electric bill until 20 July 2012. June's electric bill was $69.88. July's bill is $164.76. A friend went to the property and took a photo for me. VAMP has turned and left on every single light. I also requested they raise the thermostat so the AC will not turn on unless it's 85 degrees inside the unit. 20 July VAMP informed me even though they left all the lights on, they're not going to be responsible for any of the electric bill.
