The only reason this business is even getting a star rating is because it wouldn't let me let me post anything with out one! That being said, i would NEVER recommend their service to ANYONE, not even someone with the junkiest car ever! We took our vehicle in for (only) exterior detailing, everything was fine when it went in, nothing out of place on the inside no paint chips on the outside only existing slight scratches on the doors. Picked it up and everything on the inside was thrown in the floorboard ( but they were only to detail the outside) and a rather large chunk of pain chipping off of the front passenger side door hinge. I called in the next day ( they were closed when we picked it up) and asked to speak to a manager, customer service rep was rude and insisted placing me on hold 3 times just to come back and say they'll call me back. Finally got a call back and was pretty much told it was not their fault that this type of paint chips all of the time but did offer to fix it so I was fine. Took it in and the "fix" that the MANAGER did was color in the paint chip with a marker and walked back it the building! NEVER NEVER NEVER trust these idiots with your vehicle!
