I scheduled a Facebook Blueprint test for 3pm the following day using Pearson Vue. I had to go back and forth through the process several times because I was new and wanted to make sure I was doing things correctly. Somehow through the process, my test time was set for 2pm, not 3pm. I had no idea this happened. I paid $150 for the test and marked it on my calendar. They sent an email which said 2pm, but I didn't catch it. I went to their live chat option and was connected with Vince (based in India) who said that there was nothing he could do to assist me. When I asked to speak with his supervisor, he gave me a phone number that just placed me on hold. Its currently been 31 minutes (when the call was actually picked up), but who had to transfer me to another agent (which actually just puts you back in the phone queue). I was just hoping to take my Facebook Blueprint test, but instead, I'm using my time on hold to write negative reviews that can help others avoid this mess.
