My daughter went to the bloomsburg urgent care with back pain. Nurse Cratchet rolled her eyes at her, like she was a dumb kid looking for drugs. My daughter is a med student! Will be a dr. In May. Of course Jacqueline BUFFALO CRNP, not a real dr ... believed nurse Cratchet. So 4 days later went to another urgent care and got real care. Currently headed for MRI and going to see spine specialist! Not paying a bill for someone who thinks my daughter is lying! Didn't even check her reflexes. What a joke of a place!!

My son a student at the university went in complaining of intense localized pain on the right side of his belly and nausea. They sent him away with nausea meds saying he had stomach virus even though he told them his bowels were normal and he was not vomitting. He was back at the ER the next morning with a ruptured appendix. This is so upsetting since the way they sell the urgent care services is that they have all the testing equipment right there, they used none of this on my son and put his life in danger. I must say that the hospital staff were awesome and so kind, good thing since he was in for 3days!!
