I went to Blountville Auto Salvage to finda spring perch for a ram 1500 and spokewith the people and JK the owner wasvery helpful and I want to thank him again for great service and a good price too

I bought a part did'nt get out of the door and saw it was broken he said he had another one so I waited a total of 45 min for him to tell me that I had to go to another yard to pick it up at that point I told him that I bought it here I'll pick it up here. I stopped by a few days later and the one that he had for me was broken as well so I told him to just give my money back then he said that they did not take returns on elec. parts, I never left the the business with any thing to return. This man is plan and simple a thief.

Please do not do business with this establishment.I waiting over an hour for them to pull a part I had called them about. When I got the part and tried to have it installed, I realized I had gotten the incorrect size for my vehicle,(my mistake).When I tried to exchange it they did not have the size I needed. When I asked for a refund they wanted to charge a 25 "restocking fee".When I questioned the feasibility of this fee considering my extended wait and their not having the product I needed I was cursed and sent on my way.VERY BAD BUSINESS!!!!
