They always make sure I am comfortable and are really nice. Out of all the dentist I have been to in the area they use latest tools and technology to make it quick and painless.

Staff here is excellent. We have 4 children and all have been taken care of extremely well. Staff was very accommodating to our schedules and followed up appropriately with us.

My son missed 2 cleanings mainly due to the fact that they are completely unwilling to schedule anything after I get off work. I am raising 3 children and a gran baby on my own and even missing a couple of hours of work can mean lights or no lights for that month. Anyway, I had my mother take him in there today for a cleaning. They found some cavities that they had recently not done anything about. The other reviewer was right in the fact that they will take months to a year or more to fill a few cavities rather than taking care of most of them at one time like most dentists will. The lady at the front desk told my mother as she was leaving that if he missed one more appointment she would call social services on us. We'll my son will never be setting foot in that place again and all I can say is if you take your tenncare children there make sure you don't miss any appointments unless you want to be threatened by the staff. I would about guarantee that this doesn't ever happen with anyone that can afford private insurance.

If your children have Tenn Care don't bother with this office. They made my children wait to get fillings and would only do one filling at a time. It was going to take over a year for my daughter to get two fillings so she could get her ortho consult done, however, my husband had private insurance and they were able to see him the next day. In May of 2012 I called to make my children an appt they gave me an appt for August that was fine, in August they called to tell me the office was going to be closed for a week they needed to rescheduel for October ok so that was fine they went in october got cleanings, back in January to get a filling next appt available for my 6 year old I was told would be in JUNE! Needless to say I switched to bad because we need a dentist office in Blountville who is willing to see children with TennCare
