Brittany Tunnell was the person who helped me. She was very sweet and friendly and extremely helpful in explaining the process that had to take place. Our parents are from out of town & were going to be the ones paying for the bond, so most of the bail bonds companies we called prior to this one, didn't think it was that importanat to follow up with us. So we started calling around & found that this company was the only one listed on yellowpages.com with 4 stars. all others had zero stars. Brittany immediately answered my call and then also spoke to my parents when they called & helped us to make the special arrangements our situation required. She met me at her office on a Sunday in her board shorts and lake clothes. To mean that meant A LOT. She delayed her personal adventure & sacrificed her day off to take care of us. She was very professional & was overall just a genuinely nice & caring person. Within 10 -15 minutes the paperwork was done and I followed her to the jail and my brother was out within 20 min.(The time you wait for the jail to release a person, completely depends on how busy the jail is. The bail bondsman has no control over that.) Anyways. If I could give 100 stars I would but they only give the option of 5. Great place to use if you are ever in a devasting position like this. Even though I personally hope I never have to use her again, I will recommend Brittany Tunnell with C & C Bonding , LLC anyday. I hope if you choose to use this company, that you too have the same experience as we did. Good luck.

I had to call a bondsman for a relative who had been picked up due to a missed court date, which was all a big mistake, but I was beside myself. I didn't know what to, where to go, we don't live in the area.It was after 5 and I had left several messages, then a lady named Sharon called me back right away. She was patient, kind and extremely helpful. She met me right off the exit and let me follow her to where I needed to be and even waited while I had to stop at 3 different ATM's. She could tell that I was upset and completely out of my element and really walked me though the whole mess. It was obvious that I didn't know what I was doing and she could have taken advantage of that, but she couldn't have been any nicer. I would recomend her(them) to anyone. I haven't dealt with anyone except Sharon and her husband, but I'm sure everyone else at C & C is just as nice :)
