They have a serious issue with there milkshake machine. It has been ongoing for 2 years now. My father-in-law is homebound and honestly his only enjoyment out of life is a chocolate shake. Unfortunately, this McDonald's is the only thing near his home. This is really frustrating and McDonald's Corp. needs to do something about it. I read an article on MSN.com today and obviously this is a problem for a lot of their customers. Quote from the article "Plus, even McDonald's fans will tell you that McFlurry machines are often down, an issue that has never happened to us at DQ". I just hope someone of importance from McDonald's will read this review & do something to correct this issue.
