Not the same place it was. We use to come up the mountain just for Woodlands too. Menu has changed drastically! We ordered the full baby back ribs BUT they were not baby back ribs at all, nor did they fall off the bone like they use to, nor did they hardly have meat on them, plus the quality of meat was terrible. And I’m not afraid to say it either, for the price. The baked beans were burnt. The serving size went down. The price of food went up, for what you get too. Didn’t see a lot of people in there like we use to, on a Friday night. Maybe lack of workers? Quality is terrible now for the price they want, like many places now. We didn’t even get our cornbread, which was probably about the same quality of the meal anyway. Very disappointed and will not patronize again. Sad to see a great place gone sour. The waitress was pleasant, no problem with that part.

I have been eating at this restaurant since 2000 it was always delicious excellent service and great atmosphere.. I guess it has changed owners changed owners the food is nowhere near the quality it used to be normal nor do they have the same selection and and the prices are incredibly high that is the reason I gave such a poor review

Absolutely the best place to eat ever! A cozy atmosphere with picnic tables, lots of cute piggy pics and decorations, and awesome live bluegrass music in the evening! The RIBS are the absolute best we have ever eaten and the wings are delicious and HUGE! Their servings are on the large size too so you get a lot for your money! Everything they serve tastes great, the service is great, the prices are great and the place is just so cozy and comfy! We have never had a problem of any kind and we eat there often. We love this place...it's our special occasion place to go also.

Always a good meal in a fun, cozy environment. The BBQ is really good and there is more than enough to fill you up. Their wings are to die for and are some of the largest wings you will find anywhere. Good music, just a great place to be!

Great fresh hot pulled pork & beef brisket BBQ, homemade cobbler and old country bar atmosphere, plus super prices. But best is the MUSIC - old school blue-grass quartet started 630 pm & played hot pickin and slow country fiddle classics - just 10 feet away till hour break. This Place is the real thing - sure going back !
