I used Southwest to transport my elderly parent from an Assisted Living facility to the doctor. Phone reservation was courteous & helpful. Driver arrived within the allotted window, was patient with my parent running late & not understanding what was going on due to confusion. He waited and was there to pick us up when the appointments were complete. Overall, an answer to prayer for the first time this transportation was needed. Will definitely call Southwest again if wheelchair transport continues to be a need.

I only gave them a star because you have to pick something I work at a facility where a patient was being picked up by this service. The driver was incredibly rude, he is also the person who answers the phone. After showing up to pick up the patient who was finishing his visit with the Dr, the Driver was rude and confrontational with the front desk staff. I would not recommend this company to anyone after witnessing this behavior.

Only gave it one star because I had to select something. Very disappointed in how my staff member was treated when trying to arrange a pick-up for a veteran on Veteran's Day. Gentleman that answered the phone did not immediately identify himself or his company. When patient was not ready when driver arrived, the owner called my employee back and told her she would have "hell to pay". I do not recommend using their services if that is how the owner speaks to people.
