I went to pick up my items today and found they had lost my sweater (part of a sweater set) so I can no longer wear the set. They also lost the belt to my coat. Rather than offer any type of apology, they acted as if it was my fault for not taking my belt off of the coat and paying to have it cleaned separately. They offered no explanation for the loss of my sweater. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was informed he would be in the store in two hours. After calling twice only to be told he had still not arrived, I left my telephone number and requested he call me. After another 5 hours passed and no return call, I called again. When the manager came to the phone he told me he was busy and that he had a lot of customers. Basically, he could not have cared less about my lost personal items for which I had paid to have cleaned. I decided I may be more effective if I went to have a face to face. WRONG! The manager was just as rude and unconcerned about the error his store made. Having already dropped off another load of clothes earlier in the day (prior to learning of the missing items), I requested to retrieve my possessions and he refused to return them stating they would be available tomorrow. This type of inferior service has rendered me unable to use this dry cleaner again. Stay tuned, as I will see the outcome of the clothes I dropped off this morning. I would not recommend anyone to use this dry cleaner.

The boss is hardly ever there. And when there is a line of people waiting to get serviced, there is still only one person at the counter to help. The boss is never there to help, even just for pickups.

Ruined shirts

I went here for the first time recently. I had 9 items including 6 shirts. I have since worn four of them, once each. Three have torn at the elbow. This place must use se harsh chems.

I recently took a brand new sweater, for its first dry cleaning along with 13 other items. This is the first time I have taken anything to this dry cleaner. The sweater came back completely trashed, it looked like someone had mopped the floor with it. It was stretched out, the fabric was matted together, and was pilled everywhere. 9/13 items came back and looked like they hadn't even been ironed (let alone cleaned), and spots were left on several items instead of being treated. I took the receipt for the sweater and spoke with the owner and he refused to reimburse me for the damage and instead offered me a store credit for 15 items at $2.25 each, so $33.75. The sweater alone cost $100 and the credit being offered is barely 1/3 of the cost of the sweater. I told the owner that I wasn't interested in his resolution because of the inferior cleaning he did on my other items and because it doesn't come close to the cost of the item. I really just do not want to use his service again. Not only will he not entertain a reimbursement for the ruined item, but he argued with both myself and my husband over it, and will not discuss a further solution with me at this time. He told me that he had 300 customers a day and I'm just 1 customer. TERRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE Dry cleaning.

I have been using this cleaner for years. Best prices around, and have never lost anything! Just wish they had Sunday hours....
