My friend and I went to this salon to get a manicure. It started off us arriving 15 mins early .. we stood at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for someone to check us in!!! (VERY UNPROFESSIONAL). When we got our manicures .. Everything started off ok, then one of our ladies kept leaving us sit there. Also while I was trying to get my manicure done, my technician was talking to another co-worker the whole time since they werent busy. But what was very upsetting is that we payed $18.00's to have My friends nails to chip that day (a WHOLEEEEE hand) and the 2nd day, a few more. and My nails started to chip an hour after we left! VERYYYY UPSET. i honestly could have done a better job myself .. who am i kidding, i have done a better job alone.
