I had heard so many good things about Palermo's Pizza food. So Sunday, February 25, 2013 I decided to try them out. Upon my arrival I asked if I should seat myself. The counter person said, " yes & someone will be right with you".



In the main dining area there were 2 tables occupied at the time (1 w/2 &1 w/3 patrons). After appx 3 minutes, a party of 5 came in, who immediately received their menus. About a min later a party of 2 came in & received their menus as well. After about 10 mins the waitress brought me my menu. I asked to see the manager & as he approached me he said, "we are newly opened & not to get upset". I said I was already upset. I began to explain why I was upset. He stopped me & said "I told you why (the delay) & you can leave if you want to". I later found out the manager was also the owner. Needless to say I left. Obviously, this establishment does not value its customer nor their business.



Oh yes, I forgot to mention I was the only person of color in the restaurant. Whatever happened to the customer is always right; we value your business; thank you for coming and please come again?



I WILL NOT ever give Palmero's Pizza my business!
