My wife is allergic to dairy, and luckily one of the few fast food items she can eat is a Big Mac with no cheese. We ordered a big Mac with no cheese on it, and the sandwich came with a tag on it that said no cheese. We took a look, and there was a piece of cheese. Not a big deal, we can just take it back and get a different sandwich, right? WRONG- we took it back, and the staff brought it back to the kitchen, and brought back a sandwic h. All they did was peel cheese off and gave us the same sandwich! There were still chunks of cheese in the sandwich! We talked to the manager and she said, "Apparently just taking the cheese off isn't good enough..." She did not even apologize. This is a big issue with food safety. The original sandwich went back in McDonald's, and then into the food preparation area! Food that has left the kitchen should never be brought back in and exposed to the other food! Typically, McDonald's is a safe place for my wife to eat, but we will NEVER eat here again!
