When my dog had a seizure, we received professional, high tech services. The staff was reassuring and compassionate. When we left I was confident my dog had received the best care. They even called later to follow-up on his condition.

We would like to thank Dr. Werning and her staff for their excellent veterinary care when we took Kia in to be spayed and microchipped. Kia recovered quickly at home and is happy and healthy! We are happy that Dr. Werning and her clinic are in the Blue Grass Community! Thank you!

We have taken our dogs to Dr. Werning for years. She and her staff are the most caring and compassionate people. Dr. Werning answers all our questions and never makes us feel like we're a bother if we are worried about something. I highly recommend her, it's well worth the drive if you don't live in Blue Grass.

I have taken 3 of my 4 rabbits to Dr Werning. One of my rabbits was very sick. She gave my rabbit some meds and my rabbit got well. The doctor knows rabbits like the back of her hand. she had told me, that she has had rabbits for pets. Her love for rabbits shows very much, and that gos for any pet that you may have. Not just rabbits. so all of that said i give Dr Joyce Werning 5 out of 5 stares. so next time you have a sick rabbit or a dog or a cat go see doctor Werning.

Blue Grass Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Werning and her staff are absolutely the best! They are both compassionate and understanding when a scared or hurt pet is brought in, calming both the pet and their parents. They provide outstanding care for Miss Ella each time she has gone to the clinic. The staff creates a friendly relaxing atmosphere the minute you arrive and Dr. Joyce is an outstanding, caring, compassionate vet. I really feel she is a true friend and her and the staff have only the best intentions in the care and nurturing of the pets (your loved ones) that they care for. I highly recommend their services. You will not regret the trip to Blue Grass to meet this group of "care providers" for your pet!

the office staff and Dr Joyce Wernng are just so careing and compassionate i have two pugs odie and oliver i take them there for all there needs and cares they are great the boys (pugs) love it there i would recommand them to you they treat you like family

Blue Grass Veterinary Hospital ,Dr Joyce and her staff are awesome! Not only are they compassionate when a scared hurting dog/cat enter but they also help calm the scared/hurting "parent of a four legged child". The wonderful care they have given our aging rescued red boned coonhound (including surgery and repeated trips for stitches Buggins removed herself) was beyond compare. I urge everyone to get to know this wonderful local vet - non locals too- and her staff! You wont be sorry! Neither will you child as she offers nom noms and cheese lol to them

Doctor and staff are very professional and friendly in their approach to the treatment of animals. The doctor and her staff will go out of their way to be accommodating and caring for your pets. Several times they were able to see my pet without an appointment due to an emergency. Their surgery was done with in-office modern laser equipment at a more than reasonable price compared to other veterinary offices. I would highly recommend their care to anyone who has a pet.

Dr. Joyce is an exceedingly professional and compassionate person with a great staff. I took my wonderful bengal cat there when he was sticken with saddle thrombosis. Dr. Joyce was very gentle with Zeus and also very compassionate with me. Also was able to see Zeus right away, without even calling ahead. Next pet i get will definately be a patient at their facility for anything my animals may need.
