Have been going to "Interstate" for a number of years at their Oak Lawn location and now at their Blue Island location. NEVER had a problem with them. You can shop around and their prices are competative with others in the area. LABOR is an expence whether its 10min or 10hrs. when you have certified mechanics. Best thing to do is talk first about a price and make your comparison with someone else before you commit yourself. But I have to say, I've NEVER been cheated by these guys and I WILL stand by their SERVICE and PRICE.

Never go there, horrible people and place, dishonest lairs, i took my car for free check and estimate as they advertise, ends up to be humiliated and robbed blind threatened if i do not pay cost of check they will hold my car and pay 49.99$ per night i called the police and end up in a police station and paying 135$ for brake check as he printed a bill saying that cost for his service!! i am going to report them to Better Business Bureau and to Small Claims Court as the police officer advised me to do !! so instead check and/or fix my car , it ends me up in a police department and court. worst experience in my entire life and the first time being in a police station or planing going to court.

DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE OVERCHARGED. They charged me $250 for 30 minutes worth of labor and $10 worth of fuel line.



When I complained, they told me I was being charged for their expertise. There are many honest mechanics and shops in the area. Take your car to them
