If I could give this location no stars I would. While on vacation Our truck broke down on a holiday,. I called Enterprise to schedule a pick up and they never showed. When I finally made it to the location they were closed.
(Closed early for the holiday). The next day I went to the branch and the Manager said he was too busy to answer the phones, The escalation dept did nothing for us. I asked for a supervisor to call me back. No call back, therefore I called corporate. I would never do business with this branch again.

don't leave a VM they don't return messages left there. Keep calling back if directed to VM. Had to return car early due to emergency and they were nice about that and did give me a ride back to my motorhome.



Nice staff but VM not so good

Really Great experience with this company each and every single time I have rented from them .will surely use them again

This is about the fourth time I've rented from Enterprise. I've never had a bad experience. Agents were always cheerful, helpful, patient and one lovely young woman gave me an upgrade to a sweet little red convertible. I'll continue to rent from this company.
