No service after sale. They actually lied in response to a bad review on Google. Don't waste your money with these people. They are not friendly and do not intend to do a thing once your money is spent.

North Georgia Spas is simply the best. We had a spa from another company and it was a nightmare. I am so grateful we were referred to Matt and his North GA Spas team by our cabin rental company. What inspired me to write a review after purchasing several months ago is that tonight I texted the owner after 8:30 pm with a question. Within 10 minutes he had responded with expertise and kindness! You can't get better products, service, or support from a better group of people. We love our spa and everyone is so complimentary of the quality of the spa and of the fantastic customer service we receive. Look no further for an exceptional experience and relaxation of a lifetime.
