Love love love the sweet and fabulous girls at Tanglez! ALWAYS superior service, and you are always treated like family! So many of my friends and family go there. Great place!

Jill Burnette, co-owner of this hair salon, ruined my hair. I went in for a highlight and came out with half my hair missing. She burned my hair off. My hair is very fine and has been highlighted for years. I know exactly how my hair responds to highlighting and it has always been favorable....until Jill left it on for 45 min. And ate lunch while my hair was frying! I had long blonde hair and I came out with about 10 inches of it melted off and burned at the scalp. That was 7 months ago and I'm just getting hair growth back at the scalp where it was burned. I paid her for it too and she took the money knowing what she did to my hair ruined it AND she blamed me for it! What? Blamed ME? She thought I had cancer or something horrible. Nope, not sick, just had the chemicals left on my fine hair for 45 minutes! Thanks for ruining the next 8 years of my life Jill! That's how long it will take to grow back as long as it was.
