The store was nice but the older lady behind the counter was extremely rude. I personally observed two people approach the counter to purchase items and she was too busy on her phone. Then she threatened to charge another family "rent" because the children were playing with the instruments. Perhaps you shouldn't have them out if you don't want people to try them out. I felt so bad for this family I put my items down and left the store. How embarrassing for them to be yelled at by this woman. No thanks. I can find an overpriced ring somewhere else.
