Provided by YP.comWell, all the years that I have been with Tri-State EMC I have noticed one thing, but every Christmas my bill goes up tremendously. So I called the company and they tell me it's from the Christmas lights. Well some of those years I only had one strand of Lights and some I had no lights. So what's up with that?
