We printed a brochure for a city event here. They printed on the wrong stock, did not fold it right even after a 15 min phone call describing a very simple fold. After all was said and done it was delivered the DAY of the event in stead of 2 weeks prior so we could mail it out with our invitations and when I called John Groves to discuss getting it fixed he said he had no "written documentation" (since most of this happened over the phone) proving he had made a mistake so there was nothing he would do about it.



If you find a printer who actually cares about their work please give me their number!
