This was a truely horrid experience. Horrible customer service, wasn't even greeted when I walked in, had to ASK for help. Not only that, but it was way over priced. I usually tan really easily, but not here. For some reason, these tanning beds just don't work. (Maybe it's because so many of the bulbs were out) BATHROOMS: DISGUSTING! And, my bed was also dirty(Really, really dirty). Overall...worst tanning experience of my life. Also, I've met lots of people who had the same bad experience. You'd think they'd get it right, but according to everyone I've talked to, the only thing they can get right is getting it all wrong.

it is pretty nice all the emplees are very nice and helpfull. i think the only complant i would have is they dont have any stand up beds.
