I went through the drive-thru on a Wednesday at 1-2am. I ordered a Jumbo Jack off the value menu for $1.99. I was charged $2.49 for the Jumbo Jack with cheese. I said something and was told there is no such thing as a $1.99 Jumbo Jack (it was on the drive thru menu and the menu inside). I pulled forward to the window and asked for my receipt and saw he charged me $2.49, so I asked him to please look at his menu inside the store. He rolled his eyes, gave me the difference in change and said "please specify next time." (I literally tried to specify, but okay). I received my burger in a burger box COVERED in sauce, it was a huge mess. It had ketchup and 1 tomato on it. I got on the website to see what it was supposed to have on it (tomato, lettuce, pickle, onion). I took my burger inside to have it remade. The door was unlocked and I know the lobby is open 24/7, but I was told "Sorry, our lobby is closed" while there were other people sitting at tables in the lobby. I told the employee he made my sandwich wrong so he remade it and did not put pickle on it. I asked him for pickles, so he picked up two of the world's smallest pickles and threw them in my burger box. Very disappointed. I used to eat at jack in the box every other day because my work is right across the street, but since then I have not eaten there. Please, if you are unsatisfied with your fast food job, GET A NEW JOB. And management, please train your employees on their customer service skills.

Received an old hamburger patty, was not given a receipt for my purchase. When i went to complain the mgr. Told me to leave the store her name sarah, she was rude.

Nasty old food. Bad service and not clean. Won't be back that's for sure. Old food, not fresh, poorly made. Staff was not friendly.
