The hamster cages were dirty and one hamster had a bad eye, also there several dead fish floating in the fish tanks, even though they had signs everywhere stating they care about animals I am not sure if they really do. Have bought fish, a hamster and a gecko there and all died within 3o days. Not the best pet store in town.

I rescued a puppy who was neglected. She is 12 weeks old had had fleas everywhere. I called Petco before I got home toschedule an appointment to have her flcleaned and her hair cut because kids used scissors to cut at her hair in spots. I scheduled and appointment for the next day at 12:20. She asked her name and my name and phone number and then asked if she had her shots. Since she is only twelve weeks old I explained that she has had her first rounds of shots. The appointment was confirmed. I took her to her appointment after taking her home and getting rid of the fleas with baths and tweezers. We were told they could not keep her appointment because she has not had two rounds of shots. What a crock of ____. I would not return to this store and not recommend it to anyone. the staff was also rude and not very knowledgable.
