Provided by YPmobileThey're expensive and they admitted to me that their employees have not all been adequately trained. Probably why they broke my windshield wiper motor and dropped oil on a sensor. They fixed these items but who wants to make several extra trips for their mistakes... Never again. Jiffy lube is cheaper and they've proven to have common sense and competency.

Provided by YP.comsent my wife there, basic oil change is 39.99, it is 21.99 anywhere else in town. they talked her into the premium oil change for 79.99 which is a $5 upcharge anywhere else. also replaced her brand new air filter for 29.99. sent the headquarters an e-mail and guess what, no reply. they are ripoff artists, stay away.

Provided by YPmobileI had an oil change done here the other day and had the worst experience to date. I pulled onto the quick lube station and told the guy I wanted the cheapest basic oil change. He said, "We don't have cheap oil changes anymore." He got kind of flustered and walked away for a minute to attend other customers. His associate came over and started filling out my information in the computer and they started working on the car. ( I should have left at this point but I really needed an oil change, so I will pay extra whatever.) then the original guy came back and said, "you know sometimes the cheapest oil Change isn't the best for your car." (Red flag #2) I told him that I was driving across country and was on a limited budget. They finished the oil change in about 2 minutes and added extra fluids to my car within that time. In the end the total for my 'cheap oil change' was $43 after tax. I paid and left. Right when I got on the interstate I smelled a horrible burning oil smell and thought, "they probably just got some oil on the engine, it'll burn off." 75 miles down the road the burning oil smell has intensified so I stop at a gas station and check the oil dip stick. Low and behold, murky oil. Obviously what happened was they did not change the filter but reused my old one. I didn't have time to go back so I decide to just ride it out until my destination then I will get a new oil change and call the corporate offices later. I get in and turn on the car and my check engine light is on. (This car has never had its check engine light on because I am constantly doing regular maintanance. It was in perfect mechanical condition.) what had happened is the guy used the wrong type of oil for the car (Which is what that burning smell was), I guess he couldn't read the cap that said 5w-20. I guess that's the "cheapest oil change isn't always best for your car" service. He was proving his point in the dumbest possible way he could, by trying to destroy my car. The moral of the story is, go here if you want to pay $43 and have your car destroyed.
Q: How many idiots does it take to screw in an oil filter?
A: at this valvoline it apparently takes 3, and they can't even do that right.

Provided by YP.comDO NOT USE BAD COMPANY. They ruined my 2 year old car engine which had only 30,000 miles. They will not take reponsibilty for the oil filter not being placed on correctly which caused a massive oil leak and engine failure. DO NOT USE FOR ANYTHING!
