If I could give you 0 stars I would!! After over a year of not doing business with Dollar General I decide to go back. Low and behold if I didn't feel like I was at mcdonalds! Where do you hire your employees?? Once again I waited in line while the cashier was waiting for a manager because something would not scan. Happened on 3 different items. I just said I don't want them, because these folks are very slow at what they do. The cashier kept asking are you sure I can go get you another one. Apparently he can't scan and talk at the same time. Finally I had to tell him, look sir, I don't want the damn things!!
Why is there never a cashier at the register until you stand there 3-15 minutes? I hear people always complaining about this store, but they are to lazy to write a review. That's a good thing for dollar general. You are the worst store I've ever shopped at!!!

Every time there is a sale, dollar general only has one register open until after 10-15 minutes go by of people standing in line 10 - 20 Customers, or their online systems go down and they can only accept cash!
I stood in line for 15 mi uses with 8 people ahead of me and more behind me. I decided to put my stuff back and go to a non franchise store a mile up the road and pay $15 extra for what I had at Dollar General had. I want be back to dollar general!!!!
