on 5/16/2014 our top rail screws popped out. Botts pools WAS notified and we were told It would be fixed ASAP. It has been almost a year and still NO FIX LIKE BOTT'S promised. They did not fulfill the contract as they said they would.The 2 guys who installed liners barely spoke English,1 none at all. We refused to pat last $200 of almost 2 grand until job finished. They sent it to collections and defamed our character, over their REFUSAL to finish the job as stated by contract. Who would pay for services UNRENDERED? I didn't get in the pool all last summer, nor the rest of the family. The pool is unstable with a top rail piece unscrewed. We notified Bott's Family pools the day after initial install and have recordings of them stating they would fix the problem. But they never did nor will they. The only family they care that swims SAFELY is their own family because they only care about payment , not safety for my family. I am Brad Luken's fiancé and this pool is on my property and is a hazard now thanks to bott's.

Very nice work Botts Family Pools. The price was more than fair on our new liner. The install on our 30 ft above ground was timely and exceeded our expectations. The installation crew was thorough and paid attention to detail. Also it was any easy place to do business. Thanks again as we are ready to start our summer! The Lukens
