Substandard company. I contracted with Ridge Rock, Inc. to remove, pour and finish a 3 car driveway with a simple standard cement finish. The finish was terrible, not a consistent sheen and texture as expected by a professional cement company. The workers broke a stamped-cement step and put a lump of cement to cover without smoothing out to look nice, they covered the house downspout in cement, they left a mess of broken cement and stomped flowers in the yard when they left. The finish was terrible, sub-standard, poorly-done, no interest in doing it right. The finish was rushed with too much water used, leaving one side of driveway streaked with white lines, mottled dark and light spots, the other side was raised, rough areas of aggregate . I complained immediatly about the sub-standard finish and was told it was the best Ridge Rock Inc. could do. They did have a worker come out to try to "fix" my complaints but he made it worse. I took my complaints to the owner of the company, and I found poor business practices go from the top down in this company. Spend your hard-earned money with a better company.
