As an Electrician you'd have to be a damned nut to think this is an Electrical company you want their products on any jobs you do. Their customer service department and engineers are the slowest people on this earth. You know at opening time in the morning they all cannot be that business unless of course only have "one" engineer that is qualified to speak to someone about their electric motors. Don't know after 8 mins of wasting my time waiting, never gotten to speak with anyone other than telling me it was recorded and secure line. Awe, did not know I was going the Secret Service to ask a simple question about their motor since it has their tag on same. Find a more reliable company - Benjamine is dead, he isn't here to greatly service us anymore.
