After being out of the job force for some time and entering a new field Andrea had a difficult task in creating my resume. However, by reviewing my job history and experience Andrea was able to produce a stellar resume which highlighted all of my talents and assets, many of which I never knew I possessed!
She spends a considerable amount of time getting to know you on a profound level and is thus able to create a resume which markets your skills to prospective employers. They really know their stuff! I was doing a lot of things wrong and was getting no where fast. They showed me the best places to look for employment and guess what? - it worked. I landed 2 interviews after nearly 6 months of looking. I could not have done this without them.
The resume was not simply a "rearrangement" of my old resume, but a completely rewritten and refocused document. A thoroughly professional organization that really knows what they are doing - not a "Kitchen Table" resume writing company. The advice I received was the best advice.
They knew many of the so-called secrets and why people are actually hired. It was not what I thought and what many people think.
