This was the worst experience I have ever had at a business. I actually felt threatened by the owner Adam. I will never go back and if I could open a competing butcher shop so others never had to go in, I would do it. Never does not seem long enough. It is a shame I can't give zero stars.

Stay away!! They are a total rip off. We paid over $25 per pound for a prime rib. The advertised price was $16.99. Really expensive when you can get this cut at Publix for $5.79. We went ahead anyway since many people told us their meat is really good. We wound up paying over $105 for a 4.15lb piece of meat. They told us that we had to pay for the 6.2lb roast before it was trimmed. That meant they trimmed over 2lbs of fat! How was I to know that was an accurate weight since I wasn't there when the fat was trimmed. Also upset since they didn't explain any of this in advance. We never asked to have the fat trimmed. The meat was very good but certainly not worth over $25 per pound.
