Highly unprofessional staff, in particular a couple of girls at the front desk and the PA Chris Ederfield. I was there several times for the same issues, Diagnosed incorrectly and given meds I didn't need. I finally found a physician in private practice so I don't have to rely on this urgent care any longer, thank God! I could handle the wait times, it's the unprofessional staff and poor care that are very concerning. I would not refer anyone here. Doctors care in Bluffton is a much better facility with professional staff!

My husband and I went to this place and was very unprofessional we waited 3 hours to be seen and then the next day we were having problems with the Rx that the Doctor proscribed us,called back to talk to the Doctor that gave the Rx in the first place told me to call back the next day and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Very unprofessional I work for a Doctor and we always call
Our patients back no matter what . I will never go back to this place ever thank god we didn't have a more serious sickens. 5 days have passed and my husband was no better end up at the ER, can't believe they are St. Joseph candler immediate care they Suck and the right thing to do is give us our money back because they did Nothing for us. Beware do not go to this place . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND STAFF WAS TOO.😤

Everyone at the facility is very nice but it is very slow! Every time I am here it takes an hour and a half just to see the doctor. I have come at 9am when they open and it has still taken an hour. Not sure why it's so slow but when you are sick the last thing you want to do is be in an exam room for an hour. I am actually here now waiting! It's been an hour and 25 minutes since I signed in and I'm still waiting to see the doctor.
