Melissa Miller is a liar, never finished the work she started for me since last year, and will not answer her phone at all when you call. Left plenty of messages will not and does not have the common courtesy to contact her customers back at all. Takes your money like a thief in the night. Will not recommend her alteration shop to anyone.

Melissa and Jeannie are great!! They altered my wedding dress, cutting it down 2 sizes and it was perfect.

I would give this business zero stars if I could. I turned in 2 pair of pants to be hemmed over a month ago. I never heard anything back. I've called twice and left voicemails. I haven't been able to stop in the store yet because I work every day. I cannot get anyone to call me back. I strongly advise against using this business

Worst alteration shop in Bluffton ever she attacked me told me the wrong price for my two vests then told me that she would give a discount told me then quoted a larger price when I said I dint have the cash for 50 for two vest I only had 40 told me to just take them and leave and then said she wanted her money then I tried to leave after paying her she tried to take my purse lgrabbed my arm and then tried to take my vest which were not even done right and didn't have them done in enough time she's claims cuz her mother has cancer she never answers her phone and never calls anyone back
