5 attempts at setting an appointment and OVER a week later and still couldnt get a pedicure.... between sitting in their for over 20 minutes waiting for the girl to even talk to me, in between her texting on her phone and talking to her friend and then over a week of calling and texting, and then her (a WEEK later calling me on the phone to SCREAM at me about her personal life) I finally had to get a refund for a prepaid pedicure- that cost almost twice as much as it would in a normal town. I have lived in Palm Springs to Las Vegas and have never seen prices that high for pedicures, let alone have to go through so much hell to get an appointment. Oh and they have also made sure that the person that bought me the over $100 gift certificate for the pedicure is the only person that can get the refund... so beware of anyone coming from out of town to be gifty at a place like this.
