I frequently visit this McDonalds only because it's closest to my on-ramp. The pricing is strange because the drive-thru menu has "2" circled for sausage burritos but the price is only for one according to the staff there. One morning, I lingered for a few seconds to double-check the price and I heard a person on the intercom rudely yell "come on!" On maybe a couple occasions, they took over 10 minutes to prepare cookies. Once it was more like 20 minutes and no one came out to give me an update. The manager did give me a card for a free meal that time but I only received an apology any other time. I've given this location way too many chances only due to the convenience of where they are.
