The mail carrier never, and I mean never, will pick up the outgoing mail. I rarely put mail in my home box, but when I do it will not be picked up. Today we put in outgoing mail with the red flag up,and she put our new mail right on top without getting the outgoing mail!! This has happened every time this year alone. I have called and written several times. So very frustrating!

I applied for a PO box more than a week ago. Still no word, so I called to check status of my application. Voicemail picked up, but the person was talking so fast I couldn't even understand what she said. However, in the middle of the message, an employee picks up the phone, thanks me for calling and says his name is Rich. I start talking and before I can get out my full question, he cuts me off and says the post office does not open for another fifteen minutes so I will have to call back. Why pick up the phone if you did not plan to assist me? Maybe he knew the voicemail was unintelligible!
