Always friendly and helpfull

I have been here a few times they are always nice and efficient and honest. Ford told me my tie rods were bad and wanted to charge me almost $700 so I brought my truck to ntb they checked to out and my tie rods were fine. They found the problem and I paid a lot less and my truck is fixed.

Please explain how it takes 2 1/2 hours to change 2 tire with an appointment. Scheduled for 5:30 still not done at 7:30. If an appointment is scheduled it should take priority over walkins. Will not be returning. I wish I could give this place less than one star for a rude staff that does not explain why it takes two hours to change a tire. I would give negative stars if it were an option.

This place will rip you off. I purchased a battery 1.5 years ago with a 5 year warranty.while getting my oil changed at another place they informed me my battery was bad.i went over to ntb and showed them the printoff showing my battery needed replaced and they ran thier own test that showed it was not holding a charge.told me in front of a customer that they would replace it. Then went outside his demeanor changed and said he would not replace the battery that he would prorate a new one.i will never buy from them again .the manager name was John he was really nasty to me
