My son has gotten his tux here 4 times and always had very helpful staff.

I purchased a wedding dress here in April 2013, my mother paid for it, and two months later she died, and a month after her death, my wedding was cancelled, i am disabled and had severe trouble trying on the dress, it did not fit me, and i had no clue it would not zip all the way, i ask if i could get another dress, and explain it had never been worn, they told me no it had been a year, i then took it to a lady who has expert experience in alterations, she said nothing could be done, and i called this place back, they assured me it could be fixed, and would set an appointment with there seamtres, i have yet to receive a call, and i have met the love of my life, i am getting married in two months, i am disabled, both parents deceased, first marriage, and NO wedding dress, i am very upset
