Honestly, I can't rave enough about my experience with Jonathan and his team. After I retired, my husband and I listed our North Coral Springs home with Jonathan and was immediately impressed by his marketing, communication, and overall efforts. We were anxious to receive an offer as we already secured a new construction home in Viera FL and wanted to ensure everything ran smoothly from then until the time our home was complete.

As someone who is a stickler to details and that has served as an office manager for 30+ years, I was impressed to see that he had his "stuff" together and truly ran as a professional business. I have never seen agents market so aggressively: Professional photos, virtual tours, open houses, online marketing, and constant feedback from the office staff. Aside from the exceptional marketing, Jonathan is such a GREAT guy and extremely easy to get along with. It was always a pleasure hearing from him and his staff. Again, I expected the moon and they gave me the stars! Needless to say, my home went under contract in less than 14 days. I am grateful to have done business with his team and will continue to refer my friends and family that are still local.
