DO NOT USE THIS SITE. I never write bad reviews about anyone, but this place is awful. I ordered 2 jewelry boxes as presents for my neices. I searched high and low for these jewelry boxes, but every website said they were sold out or back ordered. This site said it had them in stock. I looked at their policies, and it says

"Please note, orders may take 1 business day to process."



Based on this and the 5-7 business days for shipping, I would have them in time to get them engraved for Christmas.



I get an email a couple of hours after I placed the order, and it says my items will ship in 4-7 business days, which is contradictory to the 1 business day to process. I emailed to inquire about this, and this is the response I get.



"Hi,

Sorry the site says it MAY take 1 business day to process. This item has been on back order at Lenox for some time and I will have it in about 7 business days to ship out since orders are filled in the order we get them. I cannot guarantee that you will have it by 12/21.



Sandra"



Now I don't know about you, but that line about it may take 1 business day to process leads me to believe it could take less, but not more. Common sense.



Then I called to ask about this again, and asked why they didn't tell me they didn't have any in stock when I order it, as this was the only reason I came to their site. The woman responded with

"That's not how our website works."



The woman I spoke with was so rude, it was ridiculous. I have never had such bad customer service in my life. I told her I needed it by Christmas at least, and I could get it engraved later, but she said "I can't do that, what amd I supposed to do about it"



I then said when you receive it, because I was mislead quite a bit, please expedite the shipping to me, to get it here for Christmas. She then asked me if I was going to pay for that, and I said no, it was not my mistake it was theirs. She said "Well I'm not going to pay for that. It's just how our site works."



When I asked for a manager, she said she didn't have a manager, she was the owner of the company. When I asked if this is seriously how she runs her business, there was silence on the line.



Eventually I canceled my order. I work in customer service, and this was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They did nothing to even help, not once did she apologize to me. I will never ever even consider using this site again, and I highly recommend you don't use it either.
