These people are horribly RUDE! Dave at customer support is so rude there's no way I'd ever do business with them.

Love this site - Great prices + good product information to help make a newbie to buying arcade games find out what the best games are, and how they work, via their online product videos. Called to check shippng time and asked a few questions about their Arcade Legends 3 classic video multigame, and forgetting te fact i was on hold for a few minutes, was impressed with my salesperson knowlege and personality (Think his name was Todd?) Got my game delivered 4 weeks later (well, the shipping company was 3 hours late, so that sucked) and the whole family loves playing it !

Just bought about $25K of arcade machines for my home, and was impressed with both their selection, information, service and most importantly, prices - 5+ stars!

BMIGaming.com, in my opinion, is about the best company out there for arcade games. They had the largest selection of games I found online, with many 'specialty' lines that the other firms do not offer... Asked them for extensive help in setting up and spec'ing a large commercial video arcade in a new mall in Sydney - After a few weeks, and with many communications between their staff on shipping, delivery, feasibility, suitability and profitability questions (Thanks Adam, Bill and Jay!!), BMI Gaming came through with the best plans and at the best price. Highly recommended !

Buyer Beware!! We purchased over $30K of arcade games from BMI Gaming. A hand full of them did not work out of the box. We called BMI gaming customer service and they would not help us. They told us that we would have to pay for the repairs. They informed us that they are a large corporation and they did not care about us. I would recommend staying away from them at all costs unless you like throwing your money away.
