STAY AWAY!



Half of the washing machines have "out of order" signs. You have to gamble on the ones that don't because a lot of them don't work either. Some just take your money and refuse to turn on. Others turn on but don't spin at all! It's $2 PER WASH so it gets expensive trying to figure out which machines work.



The same goes for dryers. About half have "out of order" signs, and you have to gamble on the rest. Some don't turn on. Others the door doesn't close so you can't turn it on without closing.



There's no Wi-Fi even though it says "free wifi" in huge letters on the front. There's no number to call to complain or request your money back. All there is is a fake website on a banner that takes you to a parked domain.



I've kept coming back because it's just across the street from me and I was hoping that the "New Ownership" sign would mean change for the good. But so far it's gotten WORSE. After spending $12 today and managing only to get ONE load of laundry done, I finally had enough. I will never be coming back. I'd rather walk a few blocks down the street to the next closest laundry place than to return here.
