Since Dr. Man took over he has raised already high fees to a new High!
Just because of the location...not everyone in Boca Raton is pushing around wheel barrows of money. My advice to you...drive a few miles until you get out of the "silly" Boca area and you will find lower fees...all vets are over priced and play on your emotions but this place takes the prize!

I was very happy until Dr. Mann took over. I asked them 3 separate times for a quote for surgery to have polyps removed from my cats ears and never received a quote. The final straw was when I ordered ear drops from an online pharmacy on Thursday.......Dr. Mann didn't approve the order till Saturday.......then on Monday because they received a request to have her records transferred to another vet they contacted the pharmacy and cancelled the ear drops! I agree with the below review, i definitely feel like i wasn't taken seriously just because I'm a young girl who didn't have the thousand plus dollars right away for surgery.

Dr. Werthaiser and his staff were great to me and my beloved dog when he was sick a few months ago. They were so kind to James and made me feel comfortable in a stressful time. After meeting the Dr. and the staff I won't go anywhere else, and I now use them to board James and for once I feel like he is getting loving care and will be safe when I am away.

They were very helpful and accommodating. The store was well organized. The prices are about $35-45 for good sneakers or dress shoes. They measured my son’s foot and had him run around in the shoes to make sure they were comfortable. They have sandals too that are less expensive. They paid attention to me as soon as I walked in the door, so because of their service I would definitely go back.
