Boca Raton Acupuncture Clinic is the second office of Dr. Li Zheng, an acupuncturist trained in China with over 26 years of clinical experience. She received training in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine from the prestigious Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. After coming to the US, she received her PhD in neuroscience at the Medical College of Ohio and did post-doctorate training at Harvard/MGH. She has been practicing acupuncture in the Greater Boston area since 2000 and expanded to Boca Raton in November 2014. In addition to practicing acupuncture, she has written 2 books: Acupuncture & Hormone Balance and Chinese Acupuncture and Herbs for Common Diseases. Dr. Li Zheng specializes in using acupuncture to reduce inflammation and balance the body's hormone levels. She has had success using acupuncture and Chinese herbs to treat a wide variety of diseases, including allergies, IBS, hot flushes, stroke, acid reflux, weight gain, arthritis, back pain, facial rejuvenation, glaucoma, depression, and insomnia.
