I am very disappointed in LA Fitness in Boca Raton. I am here visiting family for Thanksgiving and there is no Golds Gym close by, and I didnt think to check the Y's Schedule, So I started looking for a place to work out for the next three days, I saw LA Fitness had a guest pass available for 10 Days, so I filled out the form and had it e mailed to me. I went in this morning to work out and of course they tried to sell me a membership, when I explained I lived in Augusta and there were no LA Fitness Clubs around my area the gentleman said enjoy your work out come see me when you are finished and I will have your guest pass. After a nice work out i went to receive the guest pass and he then informed me that guest passes aren't available for out of state residents. I could pay $20 for a 2 week pass. The sad thing is If they would have offered that up at first I would have easily accepted that offer, but because there was no way to sell me a membership they denied me the free guest pass. That is really poor customer service, I will let all my friends know how I was treated there.I also went back and looked on line at the guest pass offer and no where on there does it state anything about out of state residents. HAPPY THANKSGIVING LA FITNESS NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Might want to tell your front desk person to get off the phone when people walk in and great them with a smile. Sorry I wont be recommending your club to anyone I know in any area of the country.

I would never recommmend going to LA fitness. Alan the salesperson told us there were raquetball courts at the location near our house so we signed up and it was not true, now they will not refund our money and avoid our calls to help us out.
