regardless of any quality received would you want to do business with an employer who sub contracts your project to others then does not pay them for their work after the job is completed? I have talked to people promised salary plus commission. The owner pays them a little to get started then he refuses to pay them when the customer pays him in full or he gives the sub-contractor a check then stops payment. He gets away with this because he uses non-citizens who are either in the US on a green card or undocumented workers. He does not pay the legal amount of taxes owed to the state or federal government. One day he is going to be in the middle of someone's project and the authorities are going to shut him down. Do you want that to be while you are waiting for your project to be completed?
