I do not recommend Coastal Breeze Properties. After taking my deposit ....having me pay the HOA background check and signing the contract to rent the house....I was later told the owner changed her mind .

I do not recommend Coastal Breeze Properties. I found Kiki Angier to be unprofessional and dishonest. In my dealings with her, there was frequently a delay or lack of response on her part. She also illegally took money from my deposit and now I have to take her to court. I will undoubtedly win, but it’s unfortunate I have to go through the legal system in the first place. Whether you are a property owner, buyer, or tenant, do yourself a favor and find an honest, ethical broker who truly cares about his/her clients.
